Thank you for choosing to stay at The Eagle House. Please take a moment to read through the following information prior to your arrival!

We’re doing all we can to keep you safe, and appreciate your cooperation in our efforts. Please note that face coverings have been mandated by the government in all public areas of the hotel, until you are sat at a table or in your bedroom.

All food and drink is table service only, please wait to be seated by a member of staff. We appreciate your patience!

BREAKFAST AFTER 17^th MAY:

A full Cornish breakfast is cooked to order from 7.30-9.30 weekdays and 8.00 to 10.00 on weekends and bank holidays.

CHECK IN

Check in is permitted from 4-6 pm. An early check in of 2pm is available for £20, Late check in  may incur a fee if you are arriving after the bar is closed, please just keep us informed of your proposed arrival times. Check in after 10pm strictly by prior arrangement.

CHECK OUT

Check out is by 10 am. The hotel is currently closed after check out at 10am, and reopens at 4pm to 10pm for bar service.

DINNER

Our restaurant does get busy at peak times, and we are unable to guarantee a table for residents without a booking! Please call us to discuss your plans as soon as you’re able on 01566 774488.

ADMIN

Your payment card will be processed on the day of your arrival. Should you require a VAT invoice, please let us know on arrival and this will be sent via email. There will be no staff available for admin in the morning.

DOUBLE / TWIN ROOMS

When booking a double/twin room it will be prepared as a double bed unless we are advised beforehand. 

CHILDREN

If you are travelling with children, unfortunately, most of our Standard rooms cannot accommodate an extra bed, however our Classic and Superior rooms can.  

Infants 2 and under sleeping on a cot are free. (Cot hire £10 per stay, please feel free to bring your own)  

Children Under 6 stay free of charge when using existing bed.

Children aged 3-16 staying requiring an additional pull out bed will incur an additional supplement of £20 per night that will be added to your final bill on check out.

DOGS

We have two Standard Rooms, which are dog friendly; there is an additional charge of £20 per booking for canine guest. Please contact us to check on availability. 

Some of our rooms have baths only or showers only, please contact us if you have a preference.

CANCELLATION:

You are welcome to cancel until 48 hours prior to arrival (4pm) without penalty. Should your plans change last minute please just let us know as soon as possible. We understand these are difficult times. For cancellations made after this time, the first night’s stay will be charged.
