Since 1764 the house has been home to the finer things in life, and with each new generation of custodians bringing a new vigor and focus to the building there really is nowhere quite like The Eagle House Hotel.
For those of you who didn’t know, we’re in the business of making fabulous gin.
We started in 2017, with a one litre still called Dulcie who, despite her tenacious work ethic, was unable to keep up with production demands. In 2019, our amazing still ‘Robert, Count of Mortain’ (Bob for short) joined the team, and has been producing some of the finest gin around ever since!
